I wake up everyday with the chance to live my dream. Outlaw Training and Fitness has been my vision and dream, wanting to bring fitness and a healthy lifestyle to the world and teaching everyone that fitness is a way of life, not just a phase. It’s my job to coach people to be the best version of themselves. Feel better, Think better, Move better, Be better.
Being the youngest of 4 boys, hard work and mental toughness was instilled in me at an early age. Following in my brother’s footsteps, sports and fitness became a major part of my life. Playing football, wrestling, and baseball throughout High School and continuing my wrestling career in college. After my wrestling years were over, I turned to coaching. 17+ years later, I’m still coaching as a Head Coach on the High School level. Getting my butt kicked by my brothers growing up along with my wrestling background, lead me towards mixed martial arts. Boxing, Mauy thai, jujitsu, and Judo training have been a big part of my growth as an athlete and a person.
Strength, speed and conditioning coach, personal trainer, fascial stretch therapist and motivator. I have over 25 years of training experience including certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, Exercise Therapy, Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist, Training for Warriors Coach, Beachbody Coach, Member of Idea Fitness, Proud member of the Todd Durkin Mastermind Platinum Level and currently the Head Trainer for Cooper Hospital’s Bariatrics Department. My goal is to continually grow as a coach and a person to be able to bring my clients the best version of myself and in return help them be the best version of themselves.
